Did you get any Boat Stuff for Christmas?

#1 Post by MichaelB » Sun Dec 25, 2011 5:49 pm

I got a new steering wheel to go with my new steering system, and a waterproof duffle bag. The steering wheel is leather with simulated wood. It looks sharp and maybe even a little out of place on my 30 year old toon! Oh well, it's getting installed tomorrow!

How about you?

I guess a 5 month old granddaughter is a great early Christmas present. No boating stuff, however.

I suppose a two week 25th aniversary present to London, Florence and Rome (for Easter) is more than I deserve.

I just wonder if I'm going to be stuck with a 10' high, 16' diameter trampoline in my front yard forever for a 4 year old? I had to move a SeaDoo and trailer to the back yard to put up the trampoline.

Love the gift cards. We've got a new Bass Pro about an hour away that I'll be taking some holiday cash to as well.

As for the trampoline, I bought one 6 years ago used for $100. The kids are on it all year long - no matter the temp. They've shoveled snow off of it to go bounce.

My wife says my F70LA was my Christmas present but she did give me a gift card and told me to buy a new anchor with it.
My old one is pretty much gone.
