Penetrol, anyone ever use on aluminum/toons

#1 Post by walter » Tue Jan 22, 2013 8:43 pm

I've been wanting to throw this out there for you guys, but I've been putting it off or forgetting, but anyway, here it is. Over the summer at the lake I was talking with a guy that claimed a buddy of his used Penetrol to protect his boat, problem is, I forget now if it was a pontoon or fiberglass boat. Has anyone on here used it before & on their toons? Does it protect them from getting dark? I've read that it can be used to return color or shine back on paint. I've never heard of it until this guy mentioned it. What do you think?

I have seen it used as a fiberglass restorer to shine up oxidized fiberglass boats.
