Aluminum C Channel Source
I am looking to replace 12 C channel cross-members (approx 1-3/4" x 2" or 2" x 2") on my pontoon, anyone have a good source for this?

Check pontoonstuff.com to see if he handles such items. Another source might be GreatLakesSkipper.com over in Racine, Wisconsin. Custom Pontoon in Springfield, Ohio builds'em.
Your local metal supplier would have them available in a day or two if they're not stocking such items. You might have to cut them to length, however.
Another source would be to find an old pontoon boat and strip it for parts.
I think this is the first time I've ever seen such an inquiry for pontoon boat cross members. Good luck!

Re: Aluminum C Channel Source
Mine seem to be made of steel and are rusted pretty bad, my company has access to tons of parts, but it has been a PITA trying to find these cross members. We are right here in the heart of the pontoon world, but these guys don't want to sell to an individual or have very high order minimums. Pontoonstuff.com is a competitor, not sure he wants to sell to me haha, but I will check some of your other suggestions, thanks!

My local shop was where I bought my extra channel. Bought them in 30' pieces and just bought a cordless saw with me to cut to managable sizes in the parking lot.

You may try your local metal building supply shop. A lot of carport type construction will use similar light weight materials.

Re: Aluminum C Channel Source
Well I finally found something that will work, a friend of mine's father is a salesman for an aluminum extrusion company, was able to get 12 new cross channels - 2" x 2" C Channel, for about $11.50/ea
Seems to have been a great deal, every other price I got on the net was $20-$50/ea
Let the rebuild begin!
