Another Merc Question

I got my motors mounted and rigged, with the exception of the oil lines. This fitting is on the motors oil tank, and my on board tanks each have 2 nipples as well. I'm guessing this brass piece is some sort of relief valve that allows excess oil to flow back to the tank? I've never seen any thing like this before. Crazy Mercs... :lol3

Another question...any one have a good source for nick nack parts? I need one piece of this rigging grommet, and I need the washer that goes on the nut side of the props...

I believe the bottom nipple is a check valve and the piece sticking out is for the oil line. I thought the bottom nipple on the Opti I just got had a small cap on it.
