Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum and to owning a boat. I've gotten a lot of great information from here. I just bought a brand new 2012 Lowe GS200 pontoon boat and it came with a Mercury 40 Bigfoot motor. I was adding a fish finder and while I had the switches and gauge panel out I noticed that there were two unused plugs on the wiring harness that also fed the tachometer, speedometer, and voltometer. Does anyone know what these two plugs may be for? I wish I had gotten a picture of them before I closed her back up.
Thanks!

May be for a trim gauge.

Yeah, that's what I'm kind of hoping. I'm going to have to check this weekend if there is a sending unit.
If it helps anyone, the plugs on the harness (including the one that plugs into the tach) look like this, though I cannot remember if they were male or female.
