Couple quick questions

#1 Post by RAM1961 » Mon Jun 08, 2015 7:02 am

Have a 2012 Bentley - stainless steel cup holders. Around a couple of the cup holders, the material has started pulling back exposing the foam that makes up the seat - kind of dime sized and shaped as such. I don't want these to get worse - any ideas on how to get them to stop?

Also, does anyone use 303 on all the seats, etc.?

Thanks in advance.

303 on all vinyl - yes.

As far as the vinyl peeling away, you can get vinyl adhesive. I have not tried this but have seen it at Home Depot:

Use 303 all the time and the cleaner also. Best stuff out there. As for the cup holders. I have the same problem a while back someone posted they had a company make a large stainless looked like at washer that fit around the cup holder and covered the area. If you find out a fix please let me know.

A really big fender washer...... Short of buying two fairly large hole saws and making your own out of metal, plastic or wood you could go fishing around your local sheet metal shops to find one to pop a couple out for you.
