Contact your local auto detail shop and see if they're willing to take the job on.

Or, find a over the road heavy truck clean up shop and see if they are experienced at polishing fuel tanks with high speed buffers and rouge.

Most boat dealerships are covered up with service work and they're not setup to do such things.

With a dual action polisher/sander and a wool bonnet, you can polish a 2' x 2' section in about 90 seconds. All it takes is about 2 dime size dollups of White Diamond metal polish. I can restore my finish on the sides of 2 toons, 3 nosecones and the rear caps on two toons in approximately 90 minutes. It's a good do-it-yourself job.
