Whatever you use, make sure you use plenty of scope.
Chain- use a length of chain to keep it set.
I finally used a chain this past year and I couldn't believe the difference it makes. I was just using a river style on a muddy bottom, the chain and proper scope makes the holding power triple by my estimation.

Ron if you do this, go to an electrical supply and get 2 sticks of 1 1/2" schedule 80 nonmetallic rigid conduit and 2 2" couplers. That is heavy duty PVC pipe that is UV protected.
