Excellent!! Vey nice work and thanks for sharing, couple of questions:

You said the forming wase done with a muffler pipe bender, what wall thickness is the pipe?

Is it three pieces or five?

What diameter is the tubing for the main structure?

I'm building one for my rig and may have over engineered it. All details would be welcome.

Don't look as over engineered as mine! I'm beginning to think my 40# 2x4x 0.95 Steel square tube was a bit much, along with the 10000# rated chrome tow hook as a tow point on top.......... Doesn't give AT ALL with a loaded 4 person tube though!
