It's a shame that they never catch on. But with the number of people now they think that they will always have a good customer base. This is why I am worried about the dealer I took my boat to. I did not feel that they gave a damn about further dealings with me. It seems like take the money and run is the way most companies operate today.

I still have not seen a "down the road " neighbor outside to ask him about who detailed his boat.. one day a couple of weeks back as I was driving to work I saw a truck with a small trailer behind it in my neighbors driveway... the trailer had something printed on it about "mobile detailing".... they were there when I went to work that afternoon around 1:30 and they were still there when I came home on my dinner break around 6:45 that night... from what I could see the boat looked great, but they were also detailing both of this guys cars too,.. If I see him outside I'll stop and ask what company he hired and what they charge... if it's reasonable that would be great... just have em come right to your house..

Some really great info on tires. My trailer has the short fat tires on a single axle for 20' pontoon. I was concerned with them but if I have read right they may be better than 13" and 14" tires as far as weight bearing and life of tires. Has anyone added second axle with the fat tires? I know it would be expensive but from experiences with other dual axle trailers tire life is better and handling that flat is easier.

I love it that they call the tire "Trail America", and they were probably built in China. And all you see are complaints about just about all unknown brands of tires.

The whole RV world has problems with Chinese tires coming on $50-75K fifth wheel trailers. One problem is that there are not that many brands of quality ST (trailer) tires available, and trailer tires are very expensive (for what you get) in larger sizes.

You might could go with 14" tires, but the gain might not be worth the pain in the pocketbook of changing your wheels. Fortunately, trailer tires are available at many sources on the internet for fair prices. Goodyears for your trailer are $90 and a C rated tire @ Tire Rack. Their unknown brand of tire is $70.

Look on the inside of the tire next to rim. It will either say made in USA or made in______China?

Does anyone have an opinion to share on Loadstar brand of tires. 20.5x8x10 size. Since I know absolutely nothing about my trailer, tires or bearings (other than it is a Tennessee brand trailer) before spring I plan to replace both tires and the bearings/seals. I do plan for the load range e tires--1500 to 1600 pounds per tire

After one of my trailer tires had a blow out earlier this summer ( tire was "trail america " ) I replaced both tires with the Loadstar Kenda.... so far no problems but then again I've only had them on there less than a year... if my memory serves me correctly, when I was looking for new trailer tires, it seems the loadstar tires had a lot more " positive " reviews than most of the other ST tires.

I have Loadstars as factory on my trailer. 6 seasons with no problems.
