Mini kotA charger.

Would it hurt to leave my on board charger plugged in for 3-4 days? It is a 10 amp, 5 per battery. I came up here today and one battery was dead and I was just wondering if it would hurt to leave it plugged in

If this is a smart charger that monitors battery charge, it will be fine. I think most name brand chargers do that these days since the electronics cost less than a buck.

I don't have a manual as it was already installed on my boat when I bought it. It tells when it is charged so I'm assuming that it stops when it's one charging

That sounds like a smart charger. I am sure you can find a PDF of the book online. Search with the brand name and part number or just look on the Minn Kota web page. I try to get the PDF manual of everything I own and keep them on a CD ROM. If you leave the disk open you can keep adding to it until it is full. Then burn a copy.
