Well, we go in tomorrow to do the paperwork on a 2012 Harris 240 CX tri-toon with the 150 4-stroke.

Lots of rope!!! When you think you have more than enough, double that amount. Oh, and you can get it in your boats color.... I bought a pair of bulb augers from Lowe's. They are for planting bulbs, but if you screw them into the sand and not keep pulling them out, once they go in a foot or two they will hold your boat on the beach better than an anchor or a drive stake. Unscrew easier then they go in. I installed a 4.5gpm, 45psi water pump on the boat. I can hose off my vinyl floor if it gets sandy or there is a spill, and it is one hell of a squirt gun when the water fights start, about 70 bucks. Also a second battery. I use a Sears Lawn Mower battery, about 25 bucks. I can run 2 low pressure high volume air pumps for rafts etc damn near all day. Also hooked up everything except the motor /starter to the primary battery. Also installed a boot for my XM radio. Now I can listen to Ch. 61, steam powered Bluegrass music all day, anywhere. A small first aid kid, 10 lbs of Aspirin, 5 gallons of #50 Sun Screen.

Use the hell our of it, it is without doubt the best party platform we've ever had. Go fast boats are great, we have had quite a few, but you just can't beat a 'toon

Oh, almost forgot. We go out mostly when the crowds have gone home. If you don't have friends or family with a boat, AND BoatUS covers your water, think about it. It is the AAA towing of the water. Only about 50 bucks a year. We have 2 on the Colorado River that covers all the water and lakes from Dam to Dam. Last go fast boat ate a rock.
