I am REALLY Trying - Last Call for Help

If you recall, my laptop decided to go nuts and I had to replace it (still works on occassions but I am fixing to have to wipe the disk out). Details are below:

Anyway, I have asked multiple times for the password to be reset but not getting any emails from Admin for the reset (yes, I checked the spam folder).

So I decided this morning to say "screw it" and sign up for another account. New user name is entered with my gmail address and the system says "the email address entered is not allowed to be used". What???? I use this email address all over the world wide web.

So I decide to use my other email address but this is the one that is under my orignal user name that I cannot access (except on this flakely laptop). The system will not allow me to use my original email address.

In summary:
I cannot create a new account and use a gmail address for some reason
I cannot use my orignal email address because it is tied to my user name that I dont know the password
I cannot get admin to email me with a new password/reset
I cannot continue to use this laptop for much longer.

I do enjoy the forum so I am asking for help. Will somone with some power give a guy a hand?

Well, I can't help you with anything forum related. But, can recommend.

Make a backup of your current computer using something like;
Disk2vhd v1.63

Then you can download/install/run
Windows Virtual PC

I use this process to save old hard drive images before I re-image/re-install them. That way you can always go back and get things after you forget them. And as long as it is not a computer on an Active Windows Domain you can run them in a protected environment.
