Ok I give up how did it flip the pontoon, I see the what left of the top on the dock, I could see the car running into the toon, but flipping it over the dock ???

My guess.. the pontoon was parked in there such that the front of the pontoon was by that ladder. The car came in from the Port side, landed on the bow, the bow sinks, the stern rises, the weight in the rear of the pontoon carries it up over the center point of the arc, dumping contents and smashing down on the dock. Then the weight of the stern components drag the back of the pontoon into the water on the other side and drag it out a little bit..

but I'm just guessing :biggrin2

This doesn't look like storm damage. The houses on the background show no indication of anything blown around.

the second set of pics where the toon is capsized came from a different album where an entire covered dock was collapsed.
