Not that. It was the weirdest fish I have seen. It had a big wide head and huge mouth. Then right behind the gills it had fins that were like round wings and the body was flat like an eel. The dorsal and pectoral fins started right behind the head and went all the way to the tail.
It had a strange pattern,almost like a snake.

That is an oyster toadfish. We have a ton of them up here and they are considered pests. They are edible though.

That's it. Creepy looking fish. Thanks for the ID help. I have been trying to figure out what that was since Sunday.
