Rewiring the ignition and trim switch to actually use the new ones on the console instead of the old ones laying on the floor.(Was too lazy to figure out the wiring for the last three trips out last year)
Install new Ladder
New radio/speakers
Carb rebuild
If I have any money left over from tax return, will be looking into new seats and sun deck cover

What, what, WHAT???? Where the h*ll are you guys getting these???
I have been looking for over a year for one. Everywhere. MANY hours and emails. Cook hasn't made them in years (I asked).
If anyone has an active source, PLEASE let me know. Or if you can't seem to fit yours on your boat, I would certainly be interested.

Since there is no water in the upper Mississippi, I'm looking at putting my deck on a four wheel drive truck chassis and turning it into a river bogger...
Seriously... I'm looking at having the playpen cover trimmed down into a tight fitting Bow cover, so we can cover the entire bow all the way up to the windshield, the boat is always under the boat port or in the covered slip, so I don't really need the full upright cover. Then add a folding center windshield, instead of the clear visqueen. See pic... Also adding side and aft curtains to the bimini. To make the cockpit wind free for the nice early spring and late fall days, when its too cold to be out in an open bow. We had this set up in the old Baja's and with a small portable propane heater we were out into December and back in the water late February. Taking a long slow weekend Booze Crooze. Miss those days!
New stereo and amp set up.
Relocating the rear speaker enclosure to add cooler space.
And that Power Ladder is really interesting me , too.
Glad you opened up this old thread! It should be stickied so we can all add to it year around.
Good Eyes!

top items on my winter list are:
clean up the previous owner's nightmare of wiring in the console
replace the radio, and speakers
find and install a bbq
replace all the ropes
new battery
lighting upfront
i would really love to replace all the fence panelling but am not sure if that will get done this winter. i have been doing some reading on here and am not sure if it is as easy as it looks...lol.
it is driving me nuts to see it under a tarp... lol. i think it is almost time to pull it around to the shop door

My rear canvas needs replacing. I may extend the hard top over the rear sleeper like the 2012 and newer PCs and just have side and rear canvas. My mooring cover is also shot. That and more underskinning.

I have finally run out of things that I need... now it is a question of what do I want
1. New stereo
2. Some sort of enclosure - maybe eisen glass that will snap on to the bimini when it is up
3. Stainless prop once I get the engine at the right height
4. May do a full wrap to spice the old gal up a little

Same here.. I would like to upgrade the stereo so I can plug in my IPhone, Upgrade the speakers while maybe adding two more. I may have to get a new mooring cover but I'm hoping I can get another season out of it.

Just added a couple of bench seats with arm rest for each on the bow and acquired a covered slip last weekend. Look forward now to having both boats within 30 feet of each other. Our sailboat provides us with galley and bunks. It's our bit of real estate on the lake without having to mow the grass. The pontoon provides us with a speedier get away.

How does that Seidelman sail? Get any breeze there at SML?
