I'm guessing this is where the water PSI gauge hooks in? 2003 Evinrude 135hp...

What do you suppose this is for? Port side cyl. bank. Looks like a threaded hole to nothing? Doesn't appear to be any opening at the end of it :donno

Its possible. I know on my merc you can basically follow the pee hole backwards..MIne already had the gauge on it but it is in line with the peehole tube.

Look for a similar plug by the thermostat housing and if not ask a Evinrude dealer to see their rigging manual from 2003. I had to look at the rigging manual for my Honda for the guage hookup.
