Triple tube is a great choice. Next most important thing? LIFTING STRAKES. They make a huge performance difference. I wish I had strakes!

Be sure to price strakes and underskinning. They help with planing and a smoother ride in choppy/rough water.
I have a Bennington mainly on the recommendation of a friend, plus I got one hell of a deal.
I think that Bennington, Premier, Aquapatio, Sylvan, Manitou. Playcraft, Hampton Bay, etc., etc. are all excellent boats. I also see nothing wrong with the G3 line or the Tracker series.
Get what you can afford and get the accessories that fit what you want to do with the boat.
Don't fall for "XYZ" is the best/only one to get.
There's lots of folk on here with 10-15 year old toons that are perfectly happy with them.

When prices and performance is equal, you go with the one that's #1 in the retail market. You know, the one with the longest warranty, and the one with the best resale value.
