Hello All.
Thanks for all the suggestions and words. LONG story short, they had a Merc tech with them and it turns out, the float in the Fuel Delivery Module was not working correctly. EFI 4 stroke... They fixed it (the marina we bought the boat from), no charge to us and we couldn't be happier... We were out all day yesterday and not one stutter, hic-cup... nothing. Ran like a champ! So if you have a merc 4 stroke EFI with fuel pump type symptoms, check your fuel delivery module float. Thanks guys. Pictures soon...
