Got the new one installed Friday and sed it yesterday. For $200, I cant complain, its not heavy-built but should last several years. It kept the sun off me, and during multiple hard rains, kept me dry.

Was that with the frame or just the canvass?

It was complete. Its a round tube, and plastic connectors though. It also came with the boot. http://www.ebay.com/itm/370824837109?ss ... 1423.l2649

Also when folded up will it lay down flat on the rails or is it also in a upright position ?

Round tube. You can stow it either way you want.

Hey Keosports- Mind if I PM you or email you? I have a couple questions about your installation process if you don't mind.
