My steering wheel has been holding up great, however I have had a lot of problems with my furniture. I'm on my 3rd set of replacement cushions because of fading!

Hi Ryan

I understand your frustration with the Wise pontoon furniture you purchased from us a few years ago when we were discounting it heavily and making the transition to our DeckMate line of seating. We had a difficult time with Wise when we handled their products because of the fading and mildew issues, these were the main reason I started my own brand. I believe my QC Manager, James Morgan, has been in contact with you regarding the replacements. If you haven't already, please send him some pictures of the fading so we can submit them to Wise and hopefully they will replace them again.

When we stopped handling their products, because of these quality issues, they made it very difficult for us to help our customers with warranties.

I'm sorry about the continued difficulties you are having with these Wise seats.

This is the main reason your employees are so service oriented. It all starts at the top! You have a fantastic company. Thanks again for everything James! Hopefully THE FLOATER runs this weekend.

any of you guys doing rebuilds, I ordered the wrong nav lights initially and James sent me the correct ones. I put them up one other time but never heard back from johno, so first reply gets them!

Here is my story - I ordered a power bimini top for my Sanpan back in March of this year. I opted not to pay the additional $100 for the remote control but did apply the forum discount to my order. My total was $899 and free shipping to my home, heck of a deal. A buddy of mine liked my power top so much that he wanted one for his deck boat so I went to the website to order one for him and noticed that they are now including the remote control for free. I gave them a call and told them about my situation, provided them with my order number and asked if I could get the remote for mine. They put me on hold and a couple of minutes later they advised that they would be happy to send one to me for free. To top it off I received it the next day fed ex, in less than 24 hours from the time of my call. Now that is customer service!
