Sorry to announce it boys, but I am NO LONGER a landlubber. :nana
No latest launch award for me this year.
A set of u-joints, a motor alignment, a starter solenoid and about ten thousand other odd tasks.
Al the Mirthmaker is in da house. I forgot my camera, but here is a crappy phone shot so I don't get accused of any deceit in my quest to avoid the trophy of shame :biggrin2

We got caught rafted up in a micro-squall and most of them ended up in my shack. I forgot my guitar as well, so the evening's entertainment consisted of Gogol Bordello and the Gypsy Punks at high volume.
To those that are still struggling to get off shore, keep the faith, pour lots of money and sweat in. And beer.

And of course I'll go 'cause that's where the grand baby is...

Aaaand it looks like its gonna be neck and neck with Jim on the outside, Roland close behind, Craig slowly gaining....but wait! With wrenches flying in all directions, out of nowhere comes JT! Oh people, this is gonna be a close one!

Seriously, I hope all of you win....er....um.....lose. How's that go again :biggrin2

I'll eventually update my speeds and other nice goodies in my build thread. Still propping etc....

I am going to take you up on that soon. Got a "confirmation of shipment" email from Amazon, for the glue.
But then 2 hours later:

Hello,
We regret to inform you that the item you have ordered (3 of Dap 00443 Weldwood Outdoor Carpet Adhesive, Gallon) is banned from being shipped to your location and this order has been processed in error. However, Model#12185 (GAL H663 OD CPT ADHESIVE) is a suggested alternate. Please advise if you would like us to cancel the order or send the suggested alternate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

It turns out, I can get that glue locally for a better price. So, I cancelled my order and am heading to the store tomorrow. If the rain showers can hold off for the weekend, project deck install will continue. I hope this glue works.

Jim, I just used Weldwood on my vinyl and it looks good so far. Of course it has only been through a winter in a shed and a few rains in the driveway. Hope ur blender runs well, my friend.
