It gets bad reviews but we love it, it is a bit drippy sometimes but I think only when pressure gets low.
I have to pump it about every hour or so which is really no problem.
I comes with clips that I clip to my bimini,
We also use it under the umbrella by the pool at home.
Camping we clip it on the tent poles or the instant up canopy.

well if you live in louisiana and you wanna go boating, you might as well get used to 95 to 100 degree temps... I remember several times last year where the temp was 104 or 105 and we were out on caddo lake fishing ( in the shade of course )....don't think I would venture out in anything like 120... that's too hot for me.

Jezus, it's 62 here in Maine. It might get to 80 next week if we are lucky.

Suddenly Florida is not so bad.
Was out last weekend, temp low 90's, nice breeze and it was perfect.

Yeah, I'm also here in Maine. We didn't get out of the low 70s today, and we barely saw any sun. So no complaints about too hot here! I don't think we'll ever see a "too hot to boat" day up here...in fact most of us here don't have any AC...the warmer it gets the best place to be is on the water!

124 is frickin hot! I was asked to open a Midas shop in Bullhead city about 30 years ago and said 'Unt Uh, too damn hot'. It was 118 when I was there. I guess Global Warming has pushed it up a notch more!

Its funny watching people coming up to Northern MN for their first time. I've seen them in parkas in July
This time of year is perfect generally. Forecast is mid eighties and sunny for the next week. I would never survive that kind of heat in AZ. I'd have to wear my parka to stay cool

Re: Too Hot To Toon!
about 108 the past few days here in Hemet, Ca!! Will be about 100-110 through September. 108 is just too hot to enjoy my local lake/reservoir. Cools off to around 75-80 in the evening. Just over the mountain from me in Palm Springs is has been around 117 and cools off to around 100 in the evening!!! Night time boating is not allowed on any of my local lakes/reservoirs.

Weather here on Canada Day was fantastic - probably the hottest of the year. Our outdoor gauge reckoned it was 32degC (90degF) and that was plenty hot enough for me.
Stay safe out there people - you've got some silly temperatures sown south.

Now, THAT is the best hot summer idea I think I've ever heard -- who'd a thunk it!!!HandymanHerb wrote:That what I like about a two toon boat, if it's to hot just float under the pontoon in the shade, I was out with the kids swimming, they were jumping off the deck and climbing back on, I was on a float laying under the toon in the cool
Will definitely be playing that tune when it gets too hot to be on deck this summer......

For cooling off at the lakes, we have a heavy cast iron umbrella stand and umbrella. Also the old style web aluminum folding lawn chairs. We put the umbrella and umbrella stand in the lake and sit in the lawn chairs up to our necks. Cools you right off. A strofoam cooler lid and a piece of string make a nice floating drink holder.
