The cooler is strapped down, thats good, :happy but is that a Whiskey bottle on a pole ? :drink

Might be a home-made anchor light. Looks like there may be line & vests under the table, too. Obviously they were very safety conscious :biggrin2

I also appreciate the photo angle. I'd much rather view the "watercraft" rear end than his :nana

In Kentucky, you'd have to register the picnic table ONLY and BECAUSE it has a trolling motor.

Despite my best efforts, I had to register a 14' fishing KAYAK because I added a trolling motor. Guess I'll keep our picnic table on the dock!

It had numbers on it and safety gear so don't know why you think he would have trouble, but not much walking around room for sure
