Well I did it!
I picked up a new to me pontoon. It's a 24' Landua Cruise. Came with a 90 Merc, nice bunk stle trailer. It's in great condition. The graphics have been removed for some reason. Seats are dang near perfect. Carpet in the play pen is the same, out on the front it's a little dirty. The Biminmi is close to perfect. The play pen cover looks to be goos bu tis dirty from sitting. The toons, & lower unit are dirty. Only issues is the gas gauge, speedometer, & depth finder doesn't work.... But I feel I can fix those on the cheap. Boat runs great. Only pictures I have right now are from the guy I bought it from.... Got a good deal on it and am taking her out tonight!

Congrats!
As long as the tach is working, you can put off fixing the other gauges if your short on cash. And even if the tach is not working, just don't run it hard.

You said something about the vinyl strips missing. Check GreatLakesSkipper.com if you want to add vinyl stripes cheap. They carry some in stock.
