You and me both Soonertoon.

I'm in KS, and the 22' SunCatcher will be in a slip at El Dorado Reservoir.

You?

Welcome to the group and congratulations on the new toon.... got a kick out of you saying you didn't know crap about what you've gotten yourself into... sounded just like me a couple of years back... Learned what I do know just by trial and error..... you'll do fine... might want to look into a boating safety course...

Welcome to the tooner nation! :biggrin2 :lol3 Lot's of info to be found on this site and everyone is willing to help out. In no time you'll be boating like a captain, with the admiral giving orders! +1 on the boat course, even if just to review local and federal laws. A refresher never hurt!!! :pics

This is my first pontoon, but not first boat. Long history with runabouts.

We have a slip leased on Ft Gibson at Paradise Cove Marina. We always towed our runabouts but with this beast being what it is, I had no desire to drag it around from place to place....lol . Needs to be somewhere permanent for obvious reasons. Thought not our first choice for lakes , ( Tenkiller , baby!!) with our crazy schedules, we needed close and convenient. I can be door to door in 40 min from Broken Arrow . Plus, its cheap for slip rates and they are super nice folks.
We will stay for this year and see how it goes and possibly move to Tenkiller next season.

Tenkiller is great.
