Yamaha F90 Water leak

Hey all I just fired up my outboard for the first time this year. I did notice some water coming out where my finger is pointing. I had ear muffs on and the pee stream was looking good. Its my second season with this boat/motor and I can't remember seeing this last year. Am I crazy or do I have a leak? Don't mind the oil I hadn't wiped it clean yet. Thanks in advance.
