How much Sharkhide
How much Sharkhide do you need to do a 22' tritoon, I have a new pontoon coming next week and would like to coat it before I put it in the water.

One qt will more than do it!. I've done 3 Tritoons, 2 my own and one friends and still have 1/3 of a qt left. It does not take much. And I applied 2 coats on each boat. Clean the pontoons off with laquer thinner first, to remove any oil or wax residues which may be on the pontoons.

I was thinking we used more than that, but I am not sure. Contact the people at Sharkhide and they should be able to help.

I'm not saying let's go kill all the stupid people.. I'm just saying let's remove all the warning labels and let the problem work itself out.

I have used it on my pontoons 2 years in a row with 2-3 coats each time on 27' toons and I still have 1/4-1/3 of a can. Same with the polish.

You'll be fine. Put it on as per directions. It dries super fast. You'll see spots that are missed right away. Just go over those spots with a second coat after the first cures for about 24 hours. It doesn't take alot, just dampen a folded, lint free rag. Apply it so it goes on smooth, if it leaves a "paint brush" texture on the toon, you are using too much. Its easy to use.
I just checked my can, I I still have a good 1/4 of the quart remaining, after 3 boats. When storing it, I put a plastic bag under the cap. So it stays fresh in the can. I bought these 2 quarts from Clint back in 2007 when I bought my Manitou. My 2nd quart remains unopened, but I'm going to re-do my polish job in a few weeks, so I'll crack it open, then.
Just as Trailblazer re-inforced, you'll be good!
