I'm sure this may have been covered before but I can't seem to find the thread.
Do the wide head deck bolts from Pontoon stuff need to set down with a spade bit to make them sit flush with the deck or will they suck down good enough with tightening.

Thanks Pardner. Wasn't sure, with that wide of a head I was afraid it might still be above flush and make a bump in the vinyl or sumpn.
