We have had a 2008 boat since it was new. A 22 ft Batata Bay, in the fishing set up, 90 hp Merc 4 Stk. We have been very happy with the boat and have had no issues with it.

The only issue we had was the 4 corner fishing chairs were harder than a sailor on liberty. Before we picked up the boat, the fishing chairs were changed for captains chairs. This made the fishing a dream.

I also have a 08 Bataba Bay, 23.5 ft with 150 Merc.
I love the painted toons and lifting strakes. The only problem I have had is with the bilge pump float. Other than that the boat has held up well both in looks and mechanically.

I also owned a Crestliner 185 fishing boat, it was a great boat also.
