Made by Jim Goodman in the facebook group, said he used Marine grade plywood, wrapped the plywood in thin under layer for cushion then covered in carbon fiber material ( comes in various colors. Fastened with #10 metal screws and grommets, to keep the screws flat.
Before I covered, cut out the holes for cup holder and speaker in the front, back cut for rod holder and added led cup holders.
I need to make a set

similar to mine, mine are on either side of the front gate. This setup works well and had nice sound imaging on toons with front swivel seats.
