Got home, opened an access plug, only about a quart of water was in the log. Reverse the shop vac, squirted some soapy water around every weld I could see and found one spot where it looked like the welder "missed".
I have Tracker's warranty card, so I called the number and she contacted my dealer as soon as I hung up Literally 10 minutes later, the owner of the dealership calls saying there's a local welder he uses a few miles from my house.
I researched the guy to make sure he was someone I wanted touching my boat. Turns out he is a neighbor of a friend of mine and has a contract with Boat US to fabricate all of their work.
He said to drop it off early as possible Thursday and he'd do it first thing. It was finished by 9:AM. Since the welder was near our favorite crab shack, I was obligated to stop and eat many, many crabs. All worked out great and the boat's no longer farting.
