Hope that goes well for you Loyd! Gods Speed Pardner!

Like someone said, A credit card with a zero balance. Actually we don't use "credit" cards for Christmas. If we don't have it Santa is just lousy. but We do have 9 Grandkids so Santa is having a hole stomped in his ass this year!

I hope I live to see another Christmas next year! God bless all of you and yours!

Seriously though. We just had a placement for adoption which came much quicker than we were expecting. We are super excited, but needless to say, it is a fairly expensive deal, so I won't be doing much to the boat this winter.
Congrats on the adoption!!! We have done it twice and have two beautiful, smart, great kids as a result. They will change your life and make you a better personin the process. Oh yea, they will also push you, test you , make you wanna kill em, and will damned near break you....lol

Got my new knee in August. Wish I had done it years earlier!

Now I'd like Santa to bring me a new Talon Anchor!

Got my inflatable PFD and the dog got her PFD but there is real problem with the order...Overton's put in one of their catalogs in the shipping box and now I have more things on the wish list than I did half a century ago when the Sears toy catalog arrived, and grandparents aren't around any longer to give me the gift my parents couldn't.

From one adoptive parent to another, congrats ! Yeah it's expensive and the court hearings/home study/lawyers are stressful but in the end it was the best decision we have ever made, good luck !

As for me, taking care of Cheryl and Ethan first of course. Me, I am getting a new Marlin model 60 to replace my old Marlin 57, cross bow and some archery stuff. Time to expand my weaponry to include bow hunting :)
