If you're going to be testing a used Bennie with the F200, you may as well get your money lined up before you go. The F200's are a relatively new motor model, and they really perform well. Such Bennie's are really hard to find used and so "new."
Prepare to be hooked immediately.

I tested the Bennington with the ESP hull, power assisted steering on a glassy smooth lake and it was nothing short of amazing.

It was a Mercury 150 4-stroke. Ultimately, I went with the Verado 150 on the Harris. A little more torque on the holeshot.LakeNester wrote:What motor did you test with?zoom650 wrote:I tested the Bennington with the ESP hull, power assisted steering on a glassy smooth lake and it was nothing short of amazing.
If you're buying a performance hull, get enough horsepower.

Re: Tritoon handling
Well, I did it......we bought the Veranda. Never tested the Bennington because I was quoted the wrong price. Got out for about 15,000 less with the Veranda. I will opend a new post with picutures, if I can figure out how to get them uploaded!!!
