If I'm going to pick up an unfamiliar trailer or tow a trailer for someone else I like to bring along a few 70# sand bags, quick an easy way to adjust tongue weight! only about 3-4$ each at lumber yards.

I did! Pick up went smooth and without issue. I already owned the trailer so that wasn't a big deal. Boat operated as expected and most everything looked great. There's a couple little trim and finish things I'll have them adjust but it's about 99% perfect. Very happy!Bryden24shp wrote:Well? robertm.... Did ya pull the trigger?

Nice boat! My husband has been checking all the nuts and bolts on the boat as a precaution. He found that the bolts holding down the ski tow were not put on properly and is replacing them. My husband repairs airplanes for the local AFB here and is a sheet metal journeyman guy so he knows what he is doing.robertm wrote:I did! Pick up went smooth and without issue.
