Pontoon Horn Recommendation

Go the warranty route first. This happened to me with my Harris. My horn quit. Took the boat, got the horn replaced and was told, Harris knew there was a problem with horns and there was some other thing they'd do if it quit working again.

Or, mount a compressor and a train horn. Yeah .. scare the crap out of the jet skiis.

I have a 2014 Tahoe. The horn lasted less than a year, does not work at all now. Dealer is almost 2 hrs away so to me it is not worth making the trip to have it replaced. Maybe one day I will get energetic enough to replace it myself. LOL

Thanks Bob, I'm sure they will, I just don't know whether it is worth it or not. I personally think the horn needs to be in a different place. Mine is mounted in the housing that is around the toon about 1 foot from the front. Any oncoming wakes will wash right in on top of the horn.

I'd also like a louder horn. Anyone mount an airhorn under the deck and had it hold up?
