The capacity sticker says 13, I would say, 11 can ride comfortably, with the back seats in the sitting position. We rarely have that many passengers on board. My Premier's plate said 17, it would ride 12 comfortably. Yes, the cockpit space has shrunk, due to the large stern platforms. Seems like a lot the manufacturers are going to this style, to allow more room for wakeboarders and skiiers to enter the water.
IMHO I am a thinking the reason manufactures are moving things forward is to achieve better boat balance. It seems a lot of folks are choosing the largest heaviest motor(s) available for their pontoon boats. But in viewing such rigs it's not uncommon to witness the nosecones pointing skyward free of the water while the rear of the pontoons are nearly submerged due to the imbalanced load to the rear of the boat. Manufactures seemingly have come up with a sleek even marketable solution to a what could even contribute to a bad safely issue voluntarily and made it into a win win situation for all parties involved.

Picked up the new Legacy SRW and took her out for her little shake down cruise, Thursday. Ran really good. In the propping process, right now. I can't give you any firm numbers yet, because the 300 Yamaha is still loosening up. but so far with a 15 1/4X17 Saltwater Series II, I'm getting 52 GPS at 6200 rpm's. I ran my slip numbers and am seeing a remarkable 9% slip! I ordered a 19 pitch to drop the rpm's down to the 5900 range. It cornered and took waves really good. The interior felt real good. I have a short video of it on my FB page. Gonna try to post it on You Tube, if I can remember my stupid password. I'll post more as I go. The hydraulic folding wake board tower is a god send. It wouldn't fit in my shed if it didn't fold. And I would have been stuck on the north end of our rivers pool, because the water is high and I had to go under a RR bridge to head south to my favorite anchoring spot. Folding it down to go beneath the bridge was great. went under, popped it back up and off I went! I was afraid the balance of the boat would be thrown off by the weight of the tower, but it feels perfect. Runs bow up, exits and enters the water very nicely when taking big waves.
Enjoy these new pics, I'll post a whole bunch from my factory trip to delivery when I get them all uploaded.
I really have to thank my friends, Greg and Russ at Manitou for pushing to get this project through. It was a hard sell to upper management to go from drawings to actual production. But they did it! And these SRW's are selling like hotcakes and by the way it runs, handles, comfort and workmanship, I think its a great addition to their line up. Thanks Guys!!!

The covers fit great. The bow cover can be left on for cold weather cruising.

Thanks for the ride! Really, a fine boat! Loved hearing you punch up the engine at the end.

Congrats!

That boat cover makes it look like a closed canopy pontoon. Very cool.

What I like about your Manitou is that the whole styling and seating is done in good taste. It's just beautiful.

It's not garish or tacky like another brand of high performance tritoon boat company.
