The graph is the forecast but the map can be used as a prediction tool <<&>> buttons.
The map also shows wind barbs and direction of waves.

Thanks, great site. I also use Boat US or the the Natl. Weather Service sites. A 3 to 4 ft or even 5 ft swell at longer periods is nothing big, just roll over those nicely. Going out may be a challenge if your mouth is narrow and faced directly in the swell. The wind chop can be much nastier or the wakes from large vessels. It's all about the spacing of the waves, the angle of approach and the length of your boat. And most important common sense!
