Anybody Here On Grand Lake St Marys Ohio?

#1 Post by urbnsr » Sun Jul 03, 2016 3:51 pm

I am wondering if anyone here is on Grand Lake St Marys Ohio? If so, if you could PM me or post here, I would appreciate it. I am interested in your marina opinions, i.e. wide fuel price comparison.

Thanks...
Paul

Windy point is the cheapest on the water. Last weekend they were $3.75.00

Thanks. I must have mis-read D&W's pumps at 1.79 the other day. They were not open, so I didn't inquire any further. Maybe the pump's per gallon price isn't even updated any more.

Does Windy point take credit cards? Rustic Haven has similar price as Windy, but cash only...

There is a flat $.75 charge for credit card no matter how many gallons you buy.

OK. Thanks for the info. I guess I am wondering if the quality is all the same? I've seen prices vary quite a bit (to me) and wonder if there is any one to avoid due to complaints. Although I assume word would get around, too...

Wow, I just paid 2.39 on the water up here. Premixed with valve tech.

Thanks gemval. I'll keep this in mind next time we need fuel.

Ron nh: Must be nice, but we have other marinas charging high 4's. Not a deal breaker, but I don't want to give money away, either.

What's this "premixed with valve tech" about?
