2014 40 HP Mercury motor squealing noise at low RPMS

I purchased a 2014 Sun Tracker 18ft pontoon boat last year...it has a 40hp Mercury motor and I have been getting a squealing noise from the motor. It started last year, and while it was in storage asked the marina to check it under warranty. They said they couldn't hear it when they checked it. Any way, here is a video of the noise...anyone have any ideas or if you had the same problem, what fixed it?

There was a post a few weeks ago about the same "type" of noise. Several suggestions were that I may be a down-shaft bushing that needed lube. Is a pretty easy fix on Yama's.....just a thought. Good luck !!
