I was told when I bought my Premier that they would build anything. They already make some really nice "Fish and Cruise" models so I don't think it would take much to give you what you want.

I hear ya about the wind! I can usually make it work but if the wind is blowing into the shoreline, I'm screwed. My trolling motor is a bit underpowered too. More speed and better fishing setup would make a world a difference!
