New to the Toon world, need some buying advice

Sound good.......he may not have been the one that put the 150 on there, probably has changed hands several times. Just be glad you didn't have to sell the 150 to be legal or you didn't know until something happened........worth the price of admission here. If you like the boat................an all else seems right,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,buy it.

Just called USAA to inquire about the loan. They said the boat is only worth $2700, nowhere near the $6250 we had discussed. Oh well this boat was cursed since the beginning. Lots of boats in the sea.

Probably just as well. One good thing about banks they can tell you what the actual worth of a boat is. I am sure don't want to be upside down on boats they are financing now, especially during this economic downturn. Well the more you look the more you will learn so that may be a good thing this one didn 't float.............Try http://www.boattrader.com/ even it you don't find what you are looking for, maybe you can get a feel for pricing in your area............good luck an hang in there...........it is out there just got to find it.
