Those of us in Southern California and Western Arizona are unfimiliar with the term 'cold' Wife and I do have Carhartt Bib Overalls for riding the Harleys into the mountains.

I've been here 20 years. Chesapeake City is a great place to live with one of the best school systems in the region and a small population (800), but the liberals are destroying our state. I've been thinking of getting out of here the last few years.

When MD started messing with Canal Days that was another nail in the coffin. I was at the Chesapeake Inn last week and they are no longer having any events during Canal Days due to harassment from the state, so Canal Days "days" are numbered, unfortunately.

Yep, I'm looking on several real estate sites and there are a lot of properties for sale cheap. I'm compiling a list for my relatives down there so they can do drive buys before I fly down to look in person.

This is just something I'm kicking around at the moment. :donno Cost of living is a lot cheaper down there across the board from property taxes to insurance.

You're welcome, and yes it dose 6 of us road out a big rain storm and stayed dry with it, sold all of us on it.
