With a 1/2/both switch, the ACR is wired across the 2 batteries.

I am guessing that a few of us are refugees from the PDB forum but at that site, BobG posted a fairly definitive procedure on 7/10/12 titled "Add-A-Battery". The post includes pictures of his work and wiring diagram.

I had the Blue Seas Product installed and it works awesome! I added 2 AGM Sears high dollar batteries and now no worries....

If you are not mechanically inclined I would highly suggest you have someone install it. A lot of these guys on the boards are a lot more talented than they know! It took my dealer about 3-4 hours to get it done. I would have taken 3-4 years!!! :boohoo
