Just out of curiosity, whose insurance is responsible for this? Obivously, the boat owners insurance would pay, but if these are rental slips, then wouldn't the landowner/ dock owner have an insurance policy also that would cover damage to the leasee's property due to damage caused by the dock?ROLAND wrote:.......
